Students in Mrs. Peach’s High School English I Class had the opportunity to show off their cooking and creative skills in connection with their class novel, To Kill A Mockingbird. Foods mentioned in the novel, “Miss Maudie’s Pound Cake,” “Aunt Alexandra’s Tea Cakes,” “Calpurnia’s Cracklin’ Bread,” “Miss Maudie’s Lane Cake,” and “Mrs. Taylor’s Divinity.”
Some students chose to design a poster to go along with the novel.
