MCHS Athletic Announcement:
MCHS has added a freshmen/sophomore boys basketball game on Monday, February 14th at Richland County High School. The game will start at 6:15pm.
MCHS Athletic Announcement:
Due to low numbers on the Wayne City team, the Girls Basketball JV game on Thursday, February 10th will only be 2 quarters. The varsity game will start at 7:00pm.
MCHS Athletic Announcement:
The Mt. Carmel Boys Basketball Game scheduled for Saturday, February 12th at Gibson Southern has been canceled. This game will not be rescheduled.
The Mt. Carmel Lady Aces Basketball team will be hosting their 1st Round of the IHSA Regional on Saturday, February 12th. The game will be played at Mt. Carmel High School against Lawrenceville at 7:00pm. The winner will advance to play Marshall at Marshall on Tuesday, February 15th at 7:00pm.

The boys freshman/sophomore basketball game scheduled for Monday, February 7th at home against Newton has been cancelled.

The Boys Basketball Game scheduled for Friday, February 4th at Casey-Westfield has been POSTPONED. This game will be rescheduled on Wednesday, February 16th with the JV game starting at 5:30pm and the varsity game to follow.
MCHS Athletic Announcement: The Wrestling Match scheduled for Wednesday, February 2nd against Fairfield has been CANCELED. We will now be honoring our Senior Wrestlers on Tuesday, February 1st at the Boys Basketball game. Our 2 seniors will be recognized in between the JV and Varsity games, at approximately 6:30pm.

Deceased Pilgrim Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship will be a $2000 award made to a graduating senior of a public high school in Edwards, Richland, Wayne, White, or Wabash counties. Applications are available in the Guidance Office. Deadline is March 18, 2022.

The Girls Basketball game scheduled for Thursday, February 3rd at Red Hill has been moved to Tuesday, February 1st. The game will be played at Red Hill with the JV game starting at 6:15 and the varsity game to follow.
Mount Carmel Wrestlers placed 5th at the Eastern Illinois tournament today. The 15 team tournament was held in Lawrenceville. Mount Carmel took 12 wrestlers and 10 of them placed!

The Girls Basketball Game Scheduled for Monday, January 31st against Webber Township High School has been canceled. The Lady Aces Basketball team will receive a forfeit win. The Lady Aces will be in action next at Red Hill on Thursday, February 3rd.
MCHS Athletic Announcement: The boys fresh/soph basketball game scheduled for Wednesday, February 2nd at Carmi has been canceled. This game will not be made-up.
Kyle Andrews Memorial Scholarship Fund
The purpose of the Kyle Andrews Memorial Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to a local High School senior looking to further his or her educational career. Our focus will be primarily on students interested in a vocational field, but the scholarship is open to any and all high school seniors at Mt. Carmel High School. Our goal is to find a student that will best represent the Kyle Andrews Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Applications may be obtained from the High School Guidance Counselor’s office. Deadline noon on March 31, 2022.
